Can I write on the gloss text?

Short answer - probably!

Our gloss text is a premium coated paper that helps withstand the wear and tear fuse in the kitchen or life in general! While it's not impervious to damage, the gloss coating does help resist against water or cake batter drops while you're reading ahead to the next step! (It also helps the colors pop!)

While the paper has a glossy coating, it also is writable. It works best with a ball point, or felt pen. Gel pens can be hit and miss. We've personally used the Pilot G2 Gel pen and have had no issues, however we have had a few report spearing when using a gel pen.
