We stand behind every print job for a full year.
If you discover any quality issue within 365 days of receiving your order — printing defects, binding problems, damaged or missing pages, color or clarity issues — we'll reprint it at no charge.
Why 365 days? Because you might not open all your curriculum binders until mid-year, or store books for next year's student. We want you to order with confidence.
What's covered:
- Printing defects or quality issues
- Binding failures or problems
- Damaged or missing pages
- Color or clarity issues
What's not covered:
- Custom print orders (by nature, custom orders are made to your specifications)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
How to get a reprint: Email a photo of the issue to hello@fourpillarsprinting.com. We'll reprint the affected pages or the entire book — no hassle, no fine print.
EU Customers: If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Refunds (if applicable): If a refund is approved (rather than a reprint), it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
