Binding & Finishing Options

Once your pages are printed, we finish them in whatever way works best for your project.

Loose Leaf (No Binding) Pages are printed and packaged as-is — no binding.

Best for: One-off prints, pages you'll add to an existing binder, reference pages. Cost: No additional charge.

Coil Binding (Spiral) A plastic coil runs through punched holes along the spine. Pages lay completely flat. The binding is permanent — pages can't be added or removed after binding.

Best for: Most curriculum, workbooks, cookbooks, planners. This is what most customers choose. Cost: Flat fee added at checkout.

Wire-O Binding A double-loop wire binding (twin ring). Opens fully flat and folds 360° back on itself — thinner and more elegant than coil. Common for planners and professional journals.

Best for: Planners and journals where you want a sleek finish. Holds up well to daily use.

Saddle Stitch Stapled along a folded spine — like a magazine. Works well for shorter documents.

Best for: Documents under ~50 pages, programs, short guides.

Perfect Bind Glued spine like a paperback book. Looks like a published book.

Best for: Longer documents (40+ pages), books you want to display on a shelf.

3-Hole Punch Standard three-hole punch so you can insert pages into any binder.

Best for: Adding to an existing binder, materials you'll reorganize over time, co-op curriculum.
